Our services for law firms are performed for, and under the supervision of, licensed attorneys who remain responsible for all legal work and for any document filed or sent on a client's behalf. Our services for individuals are limited to gathering and organizing that person's own records. We don't select legal forms, prepare court papers or advise anyone on their legal rights.

Terms of Service

Pricing. Prices on this website and in our fee schedule are starting rates. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote or agreement before work begins. Third-party, provider, agency and court fees are billed at cost.

Volume discounts and retainer. Volume discounts apply to per-task services based on a firm's active caseload and can't be combined with the Monthly Case Monitoring Retainer.

Confidentiality. We treat all client and case information as confidential, sign confidentiality agreements with law firm clients and follow each firm's record-handling protocols.

Website use. The content of this website is provided for general information. We may update our services, pricing and these terms at any time.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you submit our request form or email us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, firm, email, phone number and details about the services you need.

How we use it. We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes and provide the services you hire us for. We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with. We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business (such as our form and email providers), and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.

Case and medical records. Records we handle for law firm clients are governed by our agreement with that firm and the firm's policies, not by this website policy.
